(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On June 15, 2016 at approximately 1:30 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on patrol in Palmerston and observed a man wanted on outstanding warrant from Wellington OPP for assault from an incident from March 3, 2016 involving road rage. A foot chase occurred and other officers became involved. He was eventually arrested and brought to a local OPP Operations Centre.
22-year-old Travis WAND of Palmerston will appear in Guelph Bail Court on June 16, 2016.
