The Municipality of North Perth reminds residents that an overnight parking ban will be in effect from December 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017.
Overnight parking will not be permitted on Municipality of North Perth streets and Municipal parking lots between 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the winter months. Applicable fines will apply.
Vehicles impeding snow removal will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Residents are also reminded that as per Section 181 of the Highway Traffic Act, No person shall deposit snow or ice on a roadway without permission in writing to do so from the Ministry or the road authority responsible for the maintenance of the road”. Applicable fines will apply.
