(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Ricardo SPENCE, 30 years, of Ottawa wanted in relation to Trafficking of a person, Living off the avails, and Assault with a weapon.
Today, the Ottawa Police Service has obtained an Ontario Wide Warrant for his arrest. He is known to frequent the Ottawa area as well as Mississauga, Niagara Falls and London.
He is described as black male, 6 ft 1 inch tall (185 cm), about 200 lbs (91 kg), short black hair, English speaking (see attached photo.)
