(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service East District Investigation Section has charged an Ottawa man with several offenses in relation to thefts.
On December 14, 2013, a male suspect stole a vehicle and on December 15th, he attended a business at the 1900 block of Ogilvie Road with the stolen vehicle and committed theft inside the store.
On December 16th, he attended another business at Innes Road and Cyrville Road with the stolen vehicle and committed more theft inside the store. DAGENAIS struck an employee while fleeing the parking lot. The employee suffered minor injuries.
Matthieu DAGENAIS, 30 year old, of Ottawa had been charged with:
Assault
Assault with Weapon
Breach of Probation X5
Dangerous Operation Motor Vehicle
Drive Disqualified X3
Fail to Stop
Mischief
Possess Property Obtained by Crime
Theft of Motor Vehicle
Theft under X3
Utter Threats
Weapons Dangerous
He will appear in court today. This investigation is ongoing and further charges may be laid
