OPP Seek Public Assistance in the Disappearance of Lorraine Roach

(PETERBOROUGH, ON) – The Government of the Province of Ontario is offering a reward of fifty thousand dollars ($50 000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or person(s) responsible for the disappearance of Lorraine ROACH.

On Monday May 13, 2013, officers from the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a report of a missing person from a Hilliard Street address located in Selwyn Township. Lorraine ROACH, who was 58 years of age at the time of her disappearance, was last seen leaving her residence on May 11, 2013 at 1:30 a.m.

A Pontiac Montana van belonging to Ms. Roach was located on Ackison Road, south of Lily Lake Road just west of the City of Peterborough on May 13, 2013; however extensive searches in the last 19 months have revealed little information as to her whereabouts.

The investigation into the disappearance of Lorraine ROACH is continuing under the direction of Detective Inspector Rob Hagerman of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).
