(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On Sunday November 3, 2013 at approximately 8:12 pm, an officer from Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a traffic violation by a male driving a Honda Civic. During the investigation, marihuana was discovered.
Dylan GENNO age 19 of Scarborough is charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear at Guelph Criminal Court on December 17, 2013.
