(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) Members of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Temiskaming OPP Crime Unit have been investigating numerous Break, Enter, Thefts and Mischiefs that have been reported in the Temiskaming District area since 2012 to present.
At current the OPP has laid charges involving 23 separate incidents. The investigation is ongoing.
Jeffrey NEILL, 30 years of Armstrong Township is facing numerous charges to date involving:
Theft over $5000 – section 334(a) of the Criminal Code
Theft under $5000 – section 334(b) of the Criminal Code
Break and Enter with intent – section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code
Break and Enter and commit – section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Break and Enter and steal a firearm – section 98(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Trespass at Night – section 177 of the Criminal Code
Mischief Under $5000 – section 430(4) of the Criminal Code
Accused is held for a bail hearing and will appear in Haileybury Ontario Court of Justice on December 3, 2013
