(HUDSON, ON) The Sioux Lookout Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in conjunction with Canadian National Railway Police (CNR) are currently investigating a pedestrian fatality involving a train.
At 10:00 p.m. on August 19th, the Sioux Lookout OPP responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a train in the Hamlet of Hudson, which is located approximately 20 kilometers west of Sioux Lookout.
The OPP, CN Police, and the Lac Seul Police Service attended the scene. The investigation confirmed that one male, 47 year old Arnold DEROUIN of Sioux Lookout, was deceased at the scene.
