(Battersea, ON) – ON December 6, 2014 at approximately 12:20am, officers of the Frontenac detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious crash on Battersea Road, Battersea involving an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).
The operator of the ATV lost control of the unit and was ejected. The driver and lone occupant, Aaron Boulton, 38 of Battersea died as a result of his injuries.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
