(Wolfe Island, ON) – Ontario Provincial Police in Leeds County are currently investigating the use of a firearm to cause damage to a mailbox on Wolfe Island.
O.P.P received a call on the 13th of October 2013, from a homeowner about damage to a mailbox.
O.P.P. learned that sometime overnight on the 11th of October 2013 the homeowner received extensive damage to his mailbox on Wolfe Island.
O.P.P investigation has shown that the damage has been caused by a firearm.
The O.P.P continues to investigate this incident and is asking that anyone with any information regarding this incident to contact the O.P.P at 1 888 310 1122 or their local Police Department, or Crime Stoppers at 1800 222 TIPS, 1 800 222 8477.
