(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an act of mischief at a St Johns Road West, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Tuesday, September 10, 2014 at approximately 5:34 p.m., a vehicle was travelling west bound along St Johns Road, when the driver of the vehicle observed a vehicle travelling east bound at a high rate of speed throw a clear glass bottle out the window.
The bottle struck the vehicle and startled the driver. The driver was able to safely stop the motor vehicle without being involved in a collision and contact the police.
“Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. This is a very dangerous act that had the potential to cause a collision and injury to the operator of the vehicle or another innocent motorist travelling on the roadway.
