(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On November 27, 2013, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded theft complaint from Home Hardware in Palmerston. An unidentified male was observed on video stealing four 7.7kg propane cylinders from the storage cage in front of the building. The thefts were done over a few hours. They began shortly after 5:00 a.m. and the last theft was completed at approximately 7:45 a.m. The male drove a mountain bike with a two-wheeled child carrier trailer with a cover and was wearing a light coloured hooded coat, and dark coloured boots. He left the area travelling through Lions Park.
