(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a theft at a Windham Road 10, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, unknowns attended the address and proceeded to remove a hydraulic cylinder and control module from a tobacco trailer.
The theft is estimated at approximately $2,000 dollars.
