(ENNISKILLEN TOWNSHIP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested and charged a 22 year old male driver from Petrolia, ON after an OPP investigation into a single motor vehicle collision.
Lambton OPP responded to Oil Springs Line just west of Oil Heritage Road after reports around 8:30 p.m. on February 13, 2014 of a Chevrolet pick-up truck with four occupants being involved in a roll-over collision.
The collision closed the road in that area while Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) assisted in the investigation. The road has since been re-opened.
The driver suffered a minor injury and has been treated at hospital and released back into OPP custody where he remains at this time while charges are pending.
A 21 year old male passenger from Petrolia, ON was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries.
No other injuries have been reported.
