(HALIBURTON, ON) -On Monday January 13, 2014 Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment responded to a domestic dispute in the Township of Minden Hills Ontario. Following an investigation it was determined that a female party had been assaulted. As a result, a 28 year old male was transported to the OPP Detachment in Minden and charged with Assault – 2 counts, Mischief and Assault Cause Bodily Harm. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on January 14, 2014 in Lindsay Ontario.
