(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 25, 2014, just after 9:00 a.m., a fully marked Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) vehicle was stopped on Highway 401 eastbound near Harwich assisting a stranded motorist, when the OPP vehicle was struck from the rear by an eastbound tractor trailer.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation is continuing and further information will be provided as it becomes available.
