(NAPANEE, ON) – On July 18, 2014, an officer of the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police launched an investigation into a theft that occurred at Foodland in Amherstview, ON.
On July 17, 2014, at approximately 3:00pm, an adult female left the store without paying for her purchase.
As a result of the investigation, 53-year-old Julie CLARK of Napanee has been charged with Theft under $5000. She was arrested, charged and released on July 21, 2014 on a Promise to Appear and Officer-in-Charge Undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Napanee on August 12, 2014.
