(TAY TOWNSHIP, On)- Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) joined Tay Township Fire Service and Simcoe County Paramedics at 3:26am 10 November 2014 to assist in the investigation of a structure fire of on Highway 12 in Tay Township.
Emergency services were dispatched after a report of a vacant single family home was on fire located at 14111 on the north side of Highway 12, just east of Rosemount Road in Tay Township.
The investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing and the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshall has attended the scene to assist in the investigation also.
