(Ottawa, ON) -The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is currently investigating a motor vehicle collision on Highway 416 near Richmond Road.
At approximately 11:36 am, a dump truck was travelling on Highway 416 and rolled over.
Access to Highway 416 southbound from 417 eastbound is closed and from 417 westbound is reduced to one lane.
