(KINLOSS TWP, ON) On March 2, 2013 at 10:25 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with members of the Huron OPP, were conducting R.I.D.E. on Bruce County Road 86 when a Black Ford Escape stopped. Officers located open alcohol inside the vehicle. 24 year old Chad DROWN of Waterloo was charged with Drive motor vehicle with open alcohol.
