(MUNICIPALITY OF CALLANDER, ON) – On November 21, 2016 at approximately 8:00 a.m., members of the Powassan Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision involving a school bus and sports utility vehicle (SUV).
Preliminary investigation revealed that the school bus was travelling southbound on Highway 654 when a SUV slid through a stop sign on Tillicum Bay Road, making contact with the school bus.
One passenger on school bus received minor juries.
The investigation is ongoing.
