(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating several incidents of mischief that have been occurring at a local public school.
On July 22, 2014 an OPP officer attended Lady Eaton Public School in Omemee in response to an act of mischief. Sometime overnight unknown person(s) damaged some school property and threw garbage about the area. Police learned that this has been an on-going issue this summer.
Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcs.ca and submitting an anonymous tip online.
