(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Cockshutt Road. The officer observed a white Acura being driven in an erratic manner.
At approximately 11:56 p.m. Monday November 4th, 2013, an officer stopped the north bound Acura. While the officer was talking to the female driver, they could smell the odour of alcohol. The female driver was given the Roadside Screening Test. As a result of the test, the driver was transported to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.

The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 22nd, 2013 to answer to the charge.
