(Tweed, ON) – On November 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P attended a residence on Crookston Road in the Municipality of Tweed to standby as the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA) executed their warrant. While checking on the wellbeing of the animals, a Peace Officer with the OSPCA was assaulted by the animal owner.
As a result, 63 year old Cathy GRAHAM of Tweed, ON was arrested and charged with Assault Peace Officer. She will attend Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville in early December 2015.
FOUND BICYCLE
(Madoc, ON) – On November 2, 2015 a red freestyle kids bicycle was found on Davidson Street in the Village of Madoc. If anyone is missing a bicycle please contact Central Hastings OPP at 613-473-4234 to provide a description.
