On September 3, 2014 around 4:45pm, a fight occurred between two adult males in the area of Weber Street West and Ontario Street in Kitchener. One of the males was allegedly struck by the other with a metal club. The victim, a 45 year old Ktichener male, was not injured. The alleged assailant was found by police, wielding the club in the middle of the street and arrested. A 50 year old Kitchener male was charged with weapons-related offences and mischief. He was held for a show cause hearing.
