Offensive Graffiti – 10 Years In Jail

(PAISLEY, ON) – The South Bruce OPP is investigating reports of offensive graffiti that was applied overnight to 3 homes and 2 cars in the village of Paisley. Sometime between 10:00 pm on July 24th, 2011 and 8:00 am on July 25th, 2011, the offensive pictures and demeaning phrases were applied. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers. Residents are reminded that applying graffiti is a criminal code offence called Mischief that carries a maximum punishment of 10 years in jail.
