The Old Boys Club (OBC) wants to force Winghamites to spend $2.1 million to keep the OPP away. They have started a petition and it is available at a couple Old Boys Club businesses” in Wingham. The great news is that if/when this petition is presented to NH council all those names will be made public and WFP will be most pleased to publish them.
It should be noted that if Wingham amalgamates with the OPP
