(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 31, 2014 at approximately 6:59 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. Programme at Roszell Road and Townline Road, Puslinch Township. A male was driving a 2013 Ram Commercial vehicle was spoken with and officers located suspected marijuana. He was arrested and released at the scene with a court date.
Novic NEBOJSA age 32 of Etobicoke is charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 6, 2015 to answer the charge.
