Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Planning Application – Elphick A-51-18.31

A Public Hearing will be held during a Committee of Adjustment Meeting prior to the regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Monday, October 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

This Public Hearing will be held in the Bruce County Administration Centre, (30 Park Street Walkerton) to consider the Planning Application for Part of Lot 7, Concession 14, geographic Township of Greenock.

The purpose of the application is requesting a Minor Variance to permit a reduction in the Minimum Interior Side Yard setback from the required 20 m (66 ft) to 4 m (13.1 ft) to facilitate the construction of a new detached shed (60’ x 107’) to be used for equipment storage.
