(PETROLIA, ON) On September 22, 2014, a male, who was riding an e-bike, but who was not wearing a helmet while doing so, attracted the attention of a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police officer.
The OPP officer, who was on foot patrol on Robert Street around 11:30 p.m., conducted a traffic stop and investigation that ended with the arrest of the male driver for possession of an undisclosed amount of suspected Hydromorphone.
Sean HELPS, 24 years of age from Petrolia, ON has a Sarnia court date of November 19, 2014 to answer to the charge.
