NORTHERNERS TRAVELING THROUGH THE AREA LOSES RINGS AT A PIT STOP

(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Monday August 19, 2013 a couple from the north were traveling through Huntsville on their way home from a few days excursion in the south. The family stopped at a small park south of Huntsville for a leg stretch, snacks etc. The female passenger had taken her rings off to wash her hands and inadvertently dropped them, and forgetting them as they drove off.

Once the family returned home they contacted the Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police immediately. The members attended the park and with the assistance of some other travelers including an MTO employee, who were also stopped at the park began a search for the rings. The group managed to find two of the three missing rings. The rings are extremely important to the owner and Huntsville OPP is looking to help get the third one back to its rightful owner. Anyone who may have been in that area over the past couple of days and located a yellow gold, four diamonds set in white gold is asked to contact Huntsville OPP.

The family is grateful to be able to locate the two rings and are offering a small reward for the third one.
