(NORTH HURON, ON) – On Friday, April 14, 2017 shortly after 3:30 p.m. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a farm property located on London Road just north of Blyth after an adult female body was found lying in a farmer’s field.
Members from the Huron County OPP Crime Unit, OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS) and Office of the Chief Coroner attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
A post mortem examination was completed earlier today. Foul play is not suspected and there is no threat to public safety.
The deceased will be identified pending next of kin notification.
