been brought to light recently. The first issue was exposed by
Alma Conn when she publicly questioned the Rec Department
regarding the curious fluctuations in revenue. The explanation of
these fluctuations were blamed on a change of accounting software
and the improper recording of un-earned revenue dating back many
years.
