(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 26-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Highway 6, Caledonia, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, May 8, 2016, at approximately 9:24 p.m., police were conducting speed enforcement in the area Highway 6, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 26-year-old Kevin Francis NILES of Haldimand County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit and fail to comply with conditions of undertaking.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
