(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On March 12, 2017, at approximately 5:17 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a possible impaired driver on Komoka Road.
Officers located the motor vehicle, a red Dodge car, on Nairn Road. Officers determined that the 68-year-old male driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device demand was issued but the male did not provide a suitable sample and he was placed under arrest.
As a result of the police investigation, Nikola RAJKOVIC, from Middlesex Centre, Ontario, has been charged with fail or refuse to provide sample 254(2), contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of an appearance notice and is scheduled to answer the charge in a London court.
