(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged three men with Trespassing following a report of an injured male in the downtown area of the City of Kenora. At approximately 2:20 am on Friday, September 2, 2016, police were notified of an injured male on the roof of a downtown business. Police attended and located three intoxicated males in their mid-twenties. It was determined they climbed a fire escape and were walking on the roof tops of several downtown businesses when one of them fell down a short drop, sustaining non-life threatening injuries. Kenora Fire and Ambulance attended and removed the injured male safely from the roof and transported him to the hospital.
All three men were issued Part III Provincial Offence Notices for Enter a Premise When Entry Prohibited under section 2(1)(a)(i) of the Trespass to Property Act. They are to attend Kenora Court on November 3, 2016 to answer to the charge.

On Friday, September 2, 2016 shortly after 3:30 am, members of the Kenora OPP conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Highway 658 in the City of Kenora. Police determined the female driver had been consuming alcohol and completed a roadside test. The driver registered a FAIL on the test and was arrested and transported for further tests.
As a result of this investigation 34 year old Nikki GREEN of Kenora has been charged with Driving with More than .80 mg of Alcohol in her Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. She was released to appear in Kenora Court on November 10 to answer to the charge.
