(MUNICIPALITY OF MEAFORD, ON) – On Sunday, June 7, 2015, at approximately 10:44 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to investigate a theft which had occurred from the Captains’ Corner Fish & Chips restaurant located at 108 Sykes St., N., Meaford.
Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Friday, June 5th and 8:30 p.m. June 6th, unknown person(s) stole the night deposit bag containing an undisclosed amount of cash from the restaurant.
Police continue to investigate and ask anyone with information which may assist to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
