(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 33-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Spooky Hollow Road, Charlotteville, Ontario address.
On Sunday, March 20, 2016, at approximately 8:25 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Front Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Spooky Hollow Road address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 33-year-old Ryan Stuart NICKS of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
