Nicholas Jean-Claude POPPLEWELL – Theft, Breach

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 28-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Saturday, June 11, 2016 at approximately 3:46 p.m., police were called to the Real Canadian Superstore after receiving a complaint about a theft.

Through the course of investigation it was determined that a male removed merchandise from the store.

As a result of investigation, police have charged 28-year-old Nicholas Jean-Claude POPPLEWELL of Norfolk County, Ontario with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation order.

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
