(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested and charged a 26 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at approximately 7:03 p.m., police responded to the James Street address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males and a female became involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 26 year old Nicholas Geoffrey WRAY of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
