(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 26-year-old male after police were called to investigate an incident at an Ashton Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at approximately 8:51 a.m., police responded to the Ashton Drive address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through the course of investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 26-year-old Nicholas Geoffrey WRAY of Norfolk County, Ontario with Assault X2 and Mischief Under $5,000.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
