(KINGSVILLE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a black Ford travelling southbound on Essex County Road 45 in Kingsville on June 5, 2016 at approximately 8:00 p.m.
The vehicle was driving erratically and slower than the posted speed limit.
The vehicle was stopped on Essex County Road 20 near Oxford Avenue. The driver of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Ner SHEE, (male) age 29 of Kingsville was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on June 30, 2016 to answer to the charges.
