Neil Vincent’s Old Boys Club (OBC) Damages $1,000,000 Complex Parking Lot

As many of you already know, North Huron council and staff refused
to help establish the local Farmer’s Market, and made it clear that
they would stonewall any progress if they could.  One of their
very first objections for the Farmer’s Market using the Complex
parking lot was that the Vendors would damage the $1,000,000 asphalt
surface by driving in stakes to secure their tents.  This fear
was addressed by the steering committee, assuring them only weights
would be used to secure the Vendor tents, or they would use the
grass surface.  It was clear it was only the first excuse not
help or co-operate with steering committee. One loathsome North
Huron councillor has gone as far as to threaten businesses and
organizations that council will block anything they perceive to
be directly or indirectly” involved with the WFP
