(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 40-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Cedar Drive, Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, June 25, 2016 at approximately 8:23 p.m., police were contacted by concerned citizens reporting an incident.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that two males became engaged in a verbal altercation with employees at Sarasota’s. Both males then entered a vehicle and left the area.
Officers patrolling the area located and stopped the vehicle at a Turkey Point Road and McDowell Road East address.
As a result, police have charged 40-year-old Neil Anthony SMITH of Oxford County, with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
