On October 5, 2014 at 1:35 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle Stone Road West. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Nathan Matthews, 24 years of Unionville has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on October 17, 2014.
