(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 30-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Peel Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, March 25, 2017 at approximately 11:52 p.m., officers were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Peel Street address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 30-year-old Nathan KIEFER of Haldimand County, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit and possession of Marihuana.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges
