Nathan DENNIS – Drunk Driving, Hit and Run

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was called to a two vehicle collision at Brant County Road 18 and the Cockshutt Road. Officers were also advised that one vehicle had fled from the scene of the collision.

At approximately 7:55 p.m. Saturday November 2nd, 2013, officers attended the scene of the collision. A short time later an officer located a red Dodge pickup truck and the male driver who had left the scene of the collision. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Nathan DENNIS 47 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charges

Impaired Driving
Drive over 80 milligrams
Fail to Stop at Scene of Accident

The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 29th, 2013 to answer to the charges.
