Natalie SCHWARTZENTRUBER – Drunk Driving

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Sturgeon Road shortly after 2 am on November 15.

The driver was found to have had been consuming alcohol. An investigation was commenced and the driver, 29 year old Natalie SCHWARTZENTRUBER of Woodstock, was arrested and charged with:

Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

Driving Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Alcohol contrary to section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act

Driver Fail to Surrender Licence contrary to section 33(1) of the Highway Traffic Act

The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on December 10, 2015.
