(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On May 13, at approximately 11pm officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Killarney Bay Road.
The vehicle was located and an investigation commenced. The driver, 29 year old Natalie HOLLIDAY of Woodville, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Care or Control of Motor Vehicle While Impaired contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC)
Care or Control with Over 80 mgs of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the CCC
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on June 9, 2016.
