Natalie GEOGHEGAN – Drunk Driving

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On December 14, 2016, at approximately 3:19 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an erratic driver travelling eastbound on Highway 401. The vehicle was subsequently involved in a collision involving two motor vehicles on Westchester Bourne.

Officers determined that the 32-year-old driver of a blue Pontiac car had been drinking alcohol. She was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.

As a result of the police investigation, Natalie GEOGHEGAN, from Brantford, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on January 24, 2016.
